Shipping and Delivery
We strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. To ensure your purchases arrive safely and on time, we have established the following shipping guidelines:
Shipping We ship your package FREE with Royal Mail or DHL, including a tracking code.
Processing Time for Delivery All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). No orders are shipped or delivered on public holidays.
From Monday to Friday, all orders received before 11:00 AM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) are processed the same day or the next day. If there is any delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
Delivery Delivery takes place within 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday) in the United Kingdom.
*Important notice = Due to us moving out of our store location, we will not be able to ship orders between 20 January / 5 February. We will process all orders within 1 business day and ship them out as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding;
Delivery times may vary depending on the goods ordered. The time also depends on the accuracy of billing and delivery information. (For instance, if there are address errors, we will contact you.)
Delivery Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Issues If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
